Practice Mdwives
| Dr Tang's practice collaborates with experienced midwifery colleagues and offer you the services of practice midwives.
Chelsie Perazza, Hannah Mitchell and Georgina Morgan all work at Sunnybank Private Hospital as midwives and will be able to provide pregnancy consultations commencing Friday June 11th from 0830 – 1230 and every fortnight thereafter. They will work in close consultation with Dr Tang and Dr. Brad Armstrong during these sessions. An initial visit after the first trimester is a great way to meet some of the midwives who will see you later in the pregnancy at our practice or in antenatal classes, may be on shift during your birth and will visit you at home after leaving hospital. You are strongly encouraged to access the service. It allows you to have a personalized care provided by our experienced midwives. They provide education, support and advocacy throughout your pregnancy and childbirth experience and for the first few weeks following birth, and will be your invaluable resources for breastfeeding and parenting support and advice. These visits are bulk billed. |
